Is this a new trend or why is everyone talking about Orzo right now? I haven’t had it for years other than adding to minestrone soup in the fall. It fell off my radar for the longest time until this summer. It’s a great pasta to serve as a salad or side dish. I love pasta of all kinds and shapes and could eat it many days of the week. This tiny little pasta is buttery and delicious with or without accompaniments.
